**Edited after week 15 – I have included smiley/sad faces to represent the benefits of Eco-Collective trademarked packaging on the packaging industry. This is the first time I’ve put myself in the customer’s shoes in a project by doing blueprinting, which is something I’ve needed to do for a long time! I am so thankful for this article and introducing it in this module as I have seen a massive improvement in my overall project methodology and process because of blueprinting. It identified problems that need fixing!
